Add 1/2 to 1 cup of magnesium flakes to a warm bath and allow to dissolve completely. Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes or as desired. Rinse if desired and pat skin dry. Use care when entering and exiting the tub. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
